Canon website uses Clicktale, a web analytics service which may record mouse clicks, mouse movements & scrolling activity. Clicktale does not collect personally identifiable information (PII). We are using the information collected by Clicktale to improve our website, make it more user-friendly and monitor that it is performing correctly. Eloqua cookies

We use Eloqua to personalise the way we communicate with you. When you first visit a Canon Website, a third party cookie from eloqua.com is stored in your browser. Whilst the cookie may be used across many sites, the information collected on Canon Website is visible only to Canon and is not shared with any third parties including Eloqua or other users of the Eloqua system.

TealiumiQ is a tag management system used by Canon to manage the technology used across our website, such as our analytics tools, survey tools, marketing, testing & targeting tools.

Tealium AudienceStream is a customer segmentation and action tool, we record the actions users take within a visit to the website to help enrich our usage understanding on our website. We use this information to improve your experience with personalised, relevant and targeted content. We use Tealium AudienceStream across our platforms and mobile applications, this allows us to stitch your behaviour across all these platforms so your experience is tailored to users no matter what Canon environment you are viewing. We are able to personalise your online experience with Canon even prior to registering an online account with us and your personalised website experience will not be lost if you register an online account with us at a later date.
